Panoramix Shipping BV is an independent terminal operator headquartered in the Waalhaven, Rotterdam. We own and run bulk liquid storage at three ports and lease it by the tank: to traders holding product between voyages, to refiners balancing runs, and to blenders who need heated, segregated capacity next to a berth.
The tanks, jetties, pipelines and people are ours. A lease with us is a lease with the operator, so the answer to a technical question comes from the terminal that will handle your cargo.

One standard at all three terminals. The figures we report are the ones an auditor would ask for.
Every tank and line is covered by a HAZOP review and a written operating envelope. Bunds hold 110 % of the largest tank. High-level alarms and independent overfill protection on all shells.
Vapour recovery on all volatile loading. Floating roofs or vapour-tight cone roofs on volatile products. Emissions reported to the port authority at each site.
Permit-to-work for every task on the terminal. Contractors are inducted before they pass the gate. Incidents and near-misses are reported the same day and reviewed weekly across all three terminals.
Fixed foam systems on every tank, fire crew on site 24 hours, and joint drills with the port fire service twice a year. Response plans are filed with the authority at each port.
Tell us the product, the volume and the window. The terminal you choose replies within one working day with available tanks and a rate.
