Overview

Storage at the crossroads of East-of-Suez trade

Singapore is the largest bunkering and oil trading hub in Asia, and Jurong is where much of its refining and storage capacity stands. Cargoes from the Middle East, product from the region's refineries and demand from across Asia all meet here, which makes Jurong the natural place to hold, blend or re-brand product between voyages.

Panoramix offers tank storage in Jurong on spot, seasonal or multi-year terms for diesel, jet fuel A-1, fuel oil and crude oil. Tanks are quoted with the handling that comes with them: berth planning for tankers and barges, truck loading, and tank-to-tank transfers for blending.

Every movement is measured and tested by our own people. Gauging, sampling and laboratory analysis happen on site, and product is released only against a certificate of analysis and a verified written instruction from the title holder.

Blending and re-circulation

Jurong storage is often used to adjust a cargo: in-tank blending to a buyer's specification, additive injection at the loading arm, and recirculation to keep heated grades homogeneous. Blending is priced in the same tariff as the tank.
