How it works
From first message to release
Eight steps, the same at every location. Product moves only against checked documents and a verified instruction from the party that owns it.
Enquiry
First message
You send the product, the volume, the period and the expected movements.
Within one business day
Capacity and compatibility
We check free tankage, coating, segregation and heating for your grade, and send an indicative tariff.
Storage agreement
Checks and agreement
Both parties are verified before anything is signed. The storage agreement sets the tank, term, rates and handling.
Vessel or transport nominated
Nomination
You nominate the vessel, barge, truck or pipeline movement with its documents. We plan the berth or slot.
Quantity and quality on record
Receipt and inspection
Product is received, gauged and sampled at the custody point. Quantity and quality are recorded before it enters stock.
Daily stock statement
Storage and reporting
Held segregated at the agreed temperature. Stock and movements are reported daily; injection and blending on request.
Verified written release
Release instruction
The title holder sends a written release. We verify it against the storage agreement before any product moves.
Product released
Loading and documents
Product is loaded, measured and sampled again. The certificate of analysis, quantity certificate and customs documents go with it.
One contract, one point of contact, one invoice.
Tell us which of the eight you need and we will scope it against your volumes.
