Storing flammable liquids next to open water leaves little room for error. These are the rules we run by at every location, and the regulations each site answers to.
How we work
Six rules on every site
- 01
Anyone can stop the job
Every person on site, contractor or employee, can stop work they believe is unsafe. Nobody is questioned for using it.
- 02
Permit to work
No maintenance, hot work or line break starts without a written permit, an isolation check and a signed hand-back.
- 03
Containment
Tanks stand in bunded areas, loading bays drain to interceptors, and jetty hoses are checked before every transfer.
- 04
Emergency response
Fire, spill and security plans are drilled with our own crews and the local emergency services.

Security
Berths run under the ISPS Code, with controlled access for people, trucks and vessels.
- 06
Environment
Vapour recovery on loading, floating roofs on volatile products and leak detection on tanks and lines.
