Who is responsible

Panoramix Shipping BV, Sluisjesdijk 70, 3087 AJ Rotterdam, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97704857, is the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form: your company, name, work email address and, if you give them, your telephone number and the details of your enquiry.

When you visit the site, the web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give on the form.

Server records are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who sees it

Only the Panoramix staff who handle your enquiry, and the providers who host the site and our email on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to answer the enquiry. If a contract follows, they become part of our business records and are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
