Overview

Finished product, straight from the gate

Blending additives in a tank means a whole tank of one recipe. In-line injection doses each batch as it is loaded, so one base product can leave as several finished grades.

Additive stock is held and monitored on your behalf, and every dose is logged against the batch it went into.

What we handle

  • Additive stock

Receipt, storage, heating and stock reporting of your additives.

  • Recipe control

Recipes set up and locked per customer and grade.

  • Dosing

In-line injection at the loading arm, batch by batch.

  • Calibration

Meters and skids calibrated and records kept.

  • Confirmation

Laboratory checks that the additive or marker is present.

  • Documents

Dosed volumes printed on the bill of lading.
